What happens to your information.
Zkai is an independent check that mostly runs inside your browser. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, when we keep it, and what we never do with it. If anything is unclear, write to us.
Who is responsible
The service is operated by Zkai ("we", "us"), a private company registered in Israel. For privacy matters: legal@zkai.co.il.
Zkai is an independent estimation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Israel Tax Authority.
What we collect
Anonymous answers to the questionnaire (family status, number of children, work events). Answers are processed in your browser and are not tied to your identity.
Email and phone number - fully optional. Stored only if you ask us to send you the result or a follow-up.
Form 106 - only if you choose to upload it to refine the estimate. Files are parsed automatically by an AI model under a Zero Data Retention agreement.
Anonymous usage data (pages, device, referrer) for analytics and product improvement.
How long we keep it
Anonymous questionnaire answers are not stored on our server after your session - they are processed and discarded.
Email, phone and uploaded Form 106 files are stored encrypted, linked to your reference ID. You can request deletion at any time and it will be removed within 30 days.
Aggregate analytics is retained for up to 24 months and does not identify individual users.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Send a request to legal@zkai.co.il and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you have the right to complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be clearly marked and take effect 14 days after publication.
