What you get, and what we don't promise.
This document sets the rules for using Zkai. The service is free, non-binding, and free of promises we can't keep. By using the site you accept the terms below.
What the service is
Zkai is a free web tool that lets Israeli employees run an independent self-assessment of their potential eligibility for a tax refund. The service does not file returns on your behalf.
Not tax advice
The results shown are an estimate only, based on general provisions of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance and the regulations of the relevant tax year. They are not tax advice, not legal advice, and not an approval of any refund.
To act on an estimate, consult a certified accountant or tax advisor, or file an annual return directly with the Israel Tax Authority.
Who may use it
The service is intended for Israeli resident employees who are adults (18+). Using the service on behalf of another person requires that person's explicit consent.
What we expect from you
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. An estimate based on wrong inputs is wrong accordingly.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the system.
Do not upload content that is not yours or that you have no right to disclose.
Intellectual property
The design, code, texts, and trademarks on the site are the sole property of Zkai. Copying, redistribution, or derivative works are not permitted without written consent.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from reliance on the estimate, including not receiving a refund, receiving a different amount, or any penalty from the tax authority.
In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount the user paid for the service, which is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
